1. GENERAL

Welcome to Sunburst SoundLab's website and online shop! These terms and conditions apply to all services and products available through our website. By using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions and commit to complying with them.

Sunburst SoundLab is a Finland-registered company that produces and sells electronic music and related products, both digital and physical.

2. SERVICES & PRODUCTS

Sunburst SoundLab offers the following services and products:

Digital sales and licensing of music tracks.
Experimental and traditional styles of electronic dance music (Trance, Vocal Trance, Deep House, Chill Out, and other subgenres).
Physical merchandise such as t-shirts, posters, postcards, and tote bags.
Custom products and licensing agreements (upon request).

All digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products are produced and shipped via our partners.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the website and online store, including music, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Sunburst SoundLab or its partners. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use the material for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSES

Sunburst SoundLab sells only non-exclusive licenses for music usage. According to the licensing terms, users are granted the right to use the music for personal listening, projects, or commercial purposes as agreed upon separately. Licensing agreements are defined on a case-by-case basis.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT (if applicable). The online store accepts the following payment methods:

Credit cards
PayPal

Payment must be completed in full at the time of the order.

6. DELIVERY & CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Digital Products:

All digital products are delivered immediately after payment to the email address provided by the customer or via a download link.

For digital products, the right of cancellation ends once the product has been downloaded or delivery has started, in accordance with Section 16 of Chapter 6 of Finland's Consumer Protection Act (38/1978).

Physical Products:

Physical products are made to order and shipped via our partners. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Customers have the right to return physical products within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Sunburst SoundLab will reimburse the return costs.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

Customers have the right to return physical merchandise within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, Sunburst SoundLab will reimburse the shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Alternatively, customers may choose to receive their refund in the form of a store gift card, which can be used for future purchases.

Please allow up to 14 business days after the return is received and approved for the refund to be processed.

Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please place a new order once your return is processed.

Note: Failing to accept or collect a delivery is not considered a valid return. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and any refund will be issued minus those costs.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship physical products to EU countries only.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
Flat shipping fee: €6.95 per order
Free shipping: Orders over €129 are shipped free of charge

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if available).

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number is accurate and complete to avoid delays or returned shipments..

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Sunburst SoundLab complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect our customers' personal data. The Privacy Policy is available on our website.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes arising from these terms will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be submitted to the Consumer Disputes Board or a Finnish court of law.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sunburst SoundLab reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our website. Users should review the terms regularly to ensure they are up to date.
