DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

Welcome to Sunburst SoundLab’s Digital Product Policy! This policy outlines the terms and conditions that specifically apply to our digital products available for purchase or download through our website. By purchasing or downloading any digital products from Sunburst SoundLab, you agree to adhere to the following terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Sunburst SoundLab offers digital music tracks and other digital products, which are delivered electronically to the customer’s provided email address or available via a download link. All products are non-physical, and no physical delivery is provided.

2. DELIVERY & DOWNLOAD

Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered immediately through a download link or via email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct and active.

3. USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSES

All digital products sold by Sunburst SoundLab are granted under non-exclusive licenses.
Personal Use: You may use the music for personal listening or other private activities.
Commercial Use: For commercial usage, you must acquire a specific license as outlined in the licensing agreement, which is agreed upon separately.
Modification & Redistribution: Unless explicitly agreed upon, users may not modify, distribute, or redistribute digital products in any way. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Sunburst SoundLab.

Licenses may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and these will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Please carefully review any additional licensing agreements specific to each product.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of digital products, once the product has been delivered, the right to cancel the purchase or request a refund expires immediately upon download or first access, in compliance with Section 16 of Chapter 6 of Finland's Consumer Protection Act (38/1978).
If there are issues with the product, please contact us promptly at hello@sunburstsoundlab.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

5. SECURITY & INTEGRITY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Sunburst SoundLab takes reasonable steps to ensure that all digital products are delivered in a secure and reliable manner. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device or system is capable of securely downloading and storing the digital products.

6. RESTRICTIONS

Users are not permitted to use Sunburst SoundLab’s digital products in a manner that violates any applicable laws, infringes on third-party rights, or breaches any of the licensing terms.
Selling, reselling, or distributing digital products without express permission is strictly prohibited.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Sunburst SoundLab or its partners. By purchasing and downloading the products, you gain the right to use the product as per the specified license. All other rights are reserved to the respective owners.

8. PRODUCTS UPDATES & MODIFICATIONS

Sunburst SoundLab may update or modify digital products from time to time. If such updates are available, they will be communicated to the customer based on the licensing agreement or the product’s terms of use.
