  • How long does it take to receive the purchased music?
    You can download the purchased track immediately after a successful payment.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay for your purchase using PayPal or major credit cards.
  • How can I download the music I purchased?
    You will receive a download link to the email address you provided immediately after a successful payment. Please note that the download link is valid for only 72 hours.
  • Can I use the purchased music for commercial projects?
    You cannot use the tracks purchased from our store for commercial projects. If you wish to use our tracks commercially, you need to purchase a separate commercial license for each track. Please contact our customer service for details. Commercial licenses start at €49.95, depending on the purpose and extent of usage.
  • Is it possible to get a refund if I am not satisfied?
    If you have already downloaded the purchased track, the sale is final. Digital products do not have the same return rights as, for example, a t-shirt purchase.
  • Can I listen to the tracks before purchasing?
    You can listen to a 30-second preview of each track in our online store. Most tracks are also available for listening on our YouTube channel.
  • How can I contact customer service?
    You can reach our customer service via email or through our contact form. We strive to respond to all inquiries within a reasonable time frame, approximately 1-5 business days.
  • Are there any discounts or a loyalty program?
    Discounted products are marked separately in our store. We do not currently have a loyalty program.
  • Can I use the purchased music in my YouTube videos?
    You cannot use the purchased music in your YouTube videos unless you have purchased a separate commercial license for this purpose.
  • Is it possible to obtain exclusive rights to a track?
    We do not sell exclusive rights to our tracks.

Important! All music sold in our store is for personal, non-commercial use only. If you need a commercial license, please contact our support team to arrange a separate agreement.

  4. Click Buy Now to complete your payment.

  5. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a download link at the email address you provided.
     

Note: Music downloads and merch are handled through separate checkouts. Don’t worry – it’s still all part of the same Sunburst experience.
