LICENSE

 

SUNBURST SOUNDLAB NON-COMMERCIAL MUSIC LICENSE

This Non-Commercial License ("License") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Sunburst SoundLab ("Licensor") for the use of the specified music track ("Music") purchased from Sunburst SoundLab’s online store.
 

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Music under the following conditions:

  • The Music may be used for personal or non-commercial projects such as:

    • Personal videos, student projects, or hobbyist content.

    • Social media posts (non-monetized).

    • Podcasts, presentations, or background music (non-commercial use only).

    • Streaming platforms where the Licensee does not earn revenue from ads, sponsorships, or subscriptions.

  • The Licensee may modify or edit the Music for adaptation purposes (e.g., cutting, looping, or fading in/out), but may not alter the fundamental nature of the composition.
     

2. RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee may NOT:

  • Use the Music in any commercial production, including but not limited to:

    • Advertisements, promotional content, or corporate videos.

    • Monetized YouTube videos or other revenue-generating content.

    • Films, TV, radio broadcasts, or paid streaming services.

    • Video games, apps, or software with commercial distribution.

  • Claim ownership of the Music, including registering it with any content identification system (e.g., YouTube Content ID).

  • Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Music in any form.

  • Use the Music in a way that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes upon third-party rights.
     

3. ATTRIBUTION

  • The Licensee must credit Sunburst SoundLab when using the Music in public projects. The attribution should be formatted as follows:

    "Music by Sunburst SoundLab - Used under a Non-Commercial License"
     

4. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

  • The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the Music.

  • This License does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights to the Music.
     

5. TERMINATION

  • This License is valid indefinitely unless violated.

  • If the Licensee breaches any terms of this License, the Licensor reserves the right to revoke the License, and the Licensee must immediately cease using the Music.
     

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • The Music is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees.

  • The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or legal issues arising from the use of the Music.
     

By purchasing and downloading the Music, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this License.
